There are a number of walking tours available of different neighborhoods around St. Louis that focus on how the neighborhoods were developed, the types of people living there, and the places where they lived, worked, and frequented in their lives. The architecture and street layouts in these places tell us a lot about the early history of these places, and these aspects are discussed in depth on all of the tours. Tours last between 2 and 3 hours, and cover large areas of their respective neighborhoods. Costs range from $15-$18, and are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a ticket and cannot attend, you can redeem your ticket at any future tour.
